Badges

Designs can be produced in up to seven colours including embossing, to any Pantone colours required on a choice of ground colours from our Pantone referenced guide.

Any shape ground can be achieved all with an indented border which not only provides a neat finish but is an excellent guide to sewing on the badge. The badge designs can be a combination of embossing and flat print, also with individual naming, lettering and numbering if required. The badges are generally backed with vilene but can have male/female velcro backing if required as an alternative to a sewn application.

Because of the variable dimensions available, and the ability to produce small scale detail, a wide variety of applications can be achieved from Beret, Cap, Chest, Sleeve Brassard, Armlet, Jacket Panels, Name Badges etc.
