What is Embossed Technology?
The embossing material is a rubberised compound in relief
combined with coloured flat print where necessary. All with high bonding
properties to achieve a high resolution three dimensional clarity of design.
The design is bonded to
a coloured ground on a synthetic material laminated with a special co-polymer
to a non-woven backing material.
All edges and joins are fused, so no sewing is
used, therefore the product is more durable and the design and dimensions
are consistent as they are fully engineered; producing a very high quality
specification.
The
products are precision made, of high quality resolution, smart in appearance
and very durable. All products of embossed technology perform to high
standards of washing, by machine and hand, rubbing and fast to light.
They do not require ironing, and are resistant to 160°c.
A further attribute is the competitiveness of this product,
particularly where rank sliders and epaulettes are based on the quantity
over the ranks ordered, so small quantities of the senior ranks are not
penalised.
We can design and
produce bespoke requirements and generate computer coloured artwork for
clients approval, prior to producing prototypes.
